First Public Notice for Environmental Impact Assessment of C Ray Therapeutics (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. Wenjiang R&D and Production Base Phase I Capability Upgrade Project

Pursuant to the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Decree No. 4) and other relevant regulations, C Ray Therapeutics (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. is hereby announcing the first public notice regarding the environmental impact assessment for the "C Ray Therapeutics Chengdu Wenjiang R&D and Production Base (Phase I) Capability Upgrade Project" and is soliciting opinions from the public.

• Project Description: The company plans to upgrade the capabilities of its existing facility. The main construction activities include the modification and expansion of the following areas:

  • Within Pilot Production Workshop (I): The Radiopharmaceutical R&D Area, Radiopharmaceutical Quality Control Area, and Animal Testing Area.

  • Within Comprehensive Production Workshop (I): The Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Drug Production Area, Volatile Beta-Nuclide Drug Production Area, and Novel Nuclide Drug Production Area.
