PM (Project Management)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of the company's R & D projects, cooperate with the project leaders to organize project research, form and improve the project report, and complete the project;
  • the whole process management of research and development projects that have been established, and formulate project management plans, including budget, progress, implementation, change and other links;
  • communicate closely with project leaders, track project progress, control and manage project plans, progress, milestones and costs. Update project progress regularly and complete project progress report;
  • Actively carry out cross-departmental communication, coordinate and manage the project progress, and ensure that the project is implemented as planned; in case of speed limit items, timely feedback, early warning and seeking solutions;
  • coordinate and organize internal and external technical exchanges, be responsible for meeting schedule arrangement, meeting minutes arrangement, etc;
  • Assist the team to find suitable R & D suppliers (including the search, evaluation, audit, etc. of suppliers needed in the domestic R & D process)
  • CRO project management (including technical communication, organization of technical seminars, review of technical reports, etc.)

Requirements:

  • ;
  • 1-2 years of project management experience in biopharmaceutical industry, PMP certificate is preferred;
  • good communication and coordination skills, strong learning ability, active work;
  • English reading and writing ability, proficient in using office software;
  • have the ability to work independently and team spirit.
