Coupling/Molecular Characterization Assay Fellow

Responsibilities:

• familiar with antibody random and site-directed coupling small molecule technology and related purification and characterization methods.
• , in the early development stage, the screened antibody, polypeptide or small molecule is characterized, including but not limited to the affinity, thermal stability, endocytosis and binding specificity of the detection molecule.
• according to the project requirements, the establishment of new characterization methods or optimization of existing experimental methods.
• complete other relevant molecular characterization work

Requirements:

• bachelor degree or above in biophysics, biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology or immunology.
• master other antibody/peptide characterization experimental techniques, it may be preferred.
• are interested in developing new technical methods to optimize platform construction.
• , responsible, strong ability to work independently and good team spirit.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
